Welcome to the Franklin Magazine Asset Library. These Terms of Use govern how you may access, use, and distribute the photography and visual content provided within this library. Onboarding instructions can be read here.

By accessing the Library, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Ownership and Copyright

All images, videos, and visual assets in this Library are owned by Beyond Usual (or licensed to Beyond Usual with permission for distribution).

Use of any asset from this Library does not transfer ownership or copyright. Beyond Usual retains full copyright and reserves the right to revoke or restrict the use of any asset at any time, at our sole discretion.

2. Permitted Use

Approved partners may use assets from the Library for the following purposes:

• Editorial or promotional content relating to the Franklin region

• Social media, websites, printed materials, and digital communications that align with the goals of Franklin’s regional brand

All uses must:

• Accurately represent the people, places, and spirit of Franklin

• Credit photographers where credit is included or requested

• Be consistent with the values of the Franklin brand and community

3. Restricted Use

You may not:

• Use any asset for commercial resale, merchandising, or product packaging

• Alter or manipulate assets in a way that misrepresents the original context or subjects

• Use imagery in connection with political campaigning, sensitive commentary, or divisive messaging

• Share access credentials or redistribute raw files to third parties without written permission

4. Approval & Revocation

Beyond Usual reserves the right to:

• Request review or approval of any public-facing use

• Revoke permission to use any asset at any time, for any reason

• Request the removal of assets from materials that, in our view, misrepresent the brand, region, or individuals depicted

We appreciate being notified of where and how assets are used — this helps us build a consistent and impactful story for Franklin.

5. Attribution

Where provided, photographer or contributor credits must be included in any publication or public use of images. If you’re unsure whether credit is required, please contact us before publishing.

6. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Library indicates acceptance of the latest version.
